Joe is climbing the "Alive with Clive" Top 20, a list of the favorite guests of cable TV's "Alive with Clive". He's at #13, and headed for the Top 10! Those in the Top 20 will ultimately be invited to be part of a compilation CD created to raise money to fight AIDS in South Africa. To vote for Joe, go to the "links" page.

Joe visited the Postcrypt Cafe Saturday night, November 8th, where he was warmly received. He was in good company, sharing the stage with singer/songwriters Natalie Ulrich and Randy Niles. Joe played two songs at the intimate Columbia University venue, where the music is 100% acoustic - no mics!! He's hoping to play a solo set there in the new year.

Joe spent election eve onstage with a group of singer/songwriters as part of "Political Songs of Change", a concert sponsored by Songwriter's Beat and Songwriters for Obama at the Cornelia Street Cafe. The evening included topical and hopeful songs from Bashiri Johnson and Jah Stix, Peter Calo, Elizabeth Rose, Joy Askew, and Songwriter's Beat founder Valerie Ghent.

Joe had a great interview with cable TV's Clive Swersky on his show "Alive with Clive" on Friday. Clive loved Joe's music, comparing him to Neil Young and Willie Nelson. Read more of what Clive said on Joe's "Press" page.

"Art of War" is at #105, and "Call It America" is at #108 - both are in the top 3% of a 2900 song list!! Joe will return to the Parkside Lounge on Monday, October 27th for almost an hour of new tunes and old favorites! The evening starts at 7:30pm. The Parkside Lounge is at 317 East Houston in NYC. There's a $5 cover and a 2 drink minimum. Come on down!

Joe will be appearing on the popular cable TV show "Alive with Clive". The 30 minute interview and performance will shoot on October 17th in White Plains, and air January 12th and 14th on local cable Channel 76!

Joe will play the Parkside Lounge on Monday, September 8th, 2008 at 7:30PM. The set will last just under an hour, and will include new tunes and old favorites. For more info, visit the upcoming gigs page!

Both "Art of War" and "Call It America" continue to climb the "Songs of the Times" list! In a field of 2830 songs, "Art of War" is number 126, and "Call It America" number 130!!

Joe now has two songs on Neil Young's "Songs of the Times" list - " Call It America" (on the list since 2006) and his new "Art of War". Joe and baritone Adam Alexander are back again for their 3rd Annual St. Patrick's Day Concert! Featuring rousing sing-alongs from the likes of Tommy Makem and the Clancy brothers, the Chieftains and the Dubliners, as well as some of Joe's more Irish-flavored originals, this concert is a blast!!
